Planning to build a new home is one of the biggest decisions you will ever make. You need a trusted, professional and reputable builder who will work alongside you to achieve your dream home. Someone who understands that it’s okay to make changes during the construction and that making your dream into a reality is the only thing that matters.
Extensions and Renovations
Why move when you love where you live? As local Blue Mountains residents, we know the value of a good community and great neighbours; it’s what makes our area unique. So let us work with you to modify your existing home to accommodate your changing needs.
Secondary dwellings (also known as granny flats) are becoming increasingly popular in the Blue Mountains and we are happy to say we have built some lovely ones.
If the zoning on your property allows for a secondary dwelling, then you might want to consider this option for additional family space, or an extra income earner.

A few projects
This was a bespoke home built for discerning clients. It was approximately 70 squares & was stylish, luxurious, and had every inclusion you could want, including a 36 square metre walk in wardrobe and a full working bar. It sold for a record price.
This home was built after the owners lost their home in the 2013 bushfires. It has now been rebuilt to the new standard of a flame zone code, but still offers luxury design and fittings, with the added bonus of safety and protection for this beautiful Blue Mountains home.
This modern luxury home has been built to a flame zone code and offers discreet motorised shutters which are invisible from the street. It oozes luxury throughout the home, from the stone bath to underfloor heating and views to the city skyline. This home sold at a benchmark highest price for a residential home in Yellow Rock.
