Paul has been in the building industry since 1989, although he grew up on the job site while working with his father, Ernie Cabban (E.E. Cabban Builders Pty Ltd). Ernie instilled high work ethics in Paul and taught him the importance of getting the job done to each client’s satisfaction and budget. He is the qualified supervisor for Cabban Constructions and oversees every job from it’s inception to completion.

Paul’s wife, Leisa, runs the administration of the business. From the preparation of quotes, accounts, liaising with clients and suppliers, she can also assist clients with decisions regarding interior design and functionality.

Cabban Constructions prodigy, Josh, completed his apprenticeship with the business in 2014 and has been working as a site supervisor since then. His main profession is a professional golfer on the Australian PGA tour but is happy to refocus his attention to a building when he returns from competing on tour. He still loves his golf, and also enjoys touch football, kayak fishing and is a big gym junkie.

Jake started with the business in 2017, after obtaining his carpentry apprenticeship earlier in the year. He is a valuable member of our team who has adapted well to the high standards set by Paul. He is experienced in the installation of steel frames and is quickly learning all aspects of residential building requirements. He is a keen car enthusiast, and his interests include all sports, V8 Supercar racing and he is a keen Eastern Suburbs supporter.
